BTS’s ‘Permission to Dance’ music video was filmed in the area of Mt. Eulwang in Yeongjongdo, Korea. As the brakes have been put on overseas locations after the spread of the corona virus, most of the K-pop music videos are being produced in Korea.
Before ‘Permission to Dance’, girl group ITZY’s ‘Not Shay’ and (G)I-DLE’s ‘Dumb Dum D’ also filmed music videos here. Blackpink’s ‘Love Girls’ was filmed in Daegwallyeong Sky Ranch. Hwasa (Mamamoo) filmed the solo song ‘LMM’ video in Nari Basin, Ulleungdo.
The music video for Brave Girls’ new song ‘Chi Mat Ba Ram’ was also filmed at the same location. The mansion on the cliff is Cosmos Resort, and the wide plain is Nari Basin.
