BTS Jimin, the US Billboard chart for 5 consecutive weeks… Korea’s first

 

Jimin (BTS) set a new record for a Korean solo singer on the US Billboard. 

On the Billboard’s ‘Digital Song Sales’ chart, ‘Like Crazy’, which topped the chart for two consecutive weeks, took the seventh spot in the fifth week, recording the longest five weeks in the top 10 among Korean solo artists in the past 10 years. 

The album ‘Face’, which contains ‘Like Crazy’, was ranked 70th on the Billboard main album chart ‘Billboard 200’ in its 5th week, and ranked first on the ‘Top Album Sales’ and ‘Top Current Album’ charts in the first week of its debut. In the 5th week, it ranked 19th and 17th, respectively. 

Subsequently, on the Billboard World Album chart, it ranked first for 4 consecutive weeks, the longest record in Asian solo album history, and ranked 2nd for 5 weeks, setting a record for being ranked in all 4 album charts for 5 consecutive weeks.
