Aespa continues to reign supreme on the music charts with their hit song “Supernova.”
Released as the pre-release title track from their first full-length album in May, “Supernova” has maintained its No. 1 position on major South Korean music platforms Melon and Genie for the week of August 12th to 18th, marking an impressive 13 consecutive weeks at the top. This also sets a new record for the longest time a song released this year has held the No. 1 spot.
In addition to “Supernova,” Aespa has showcased their dominance by charting four other songs on Melon’s weekly and Top 100 charts, including another title track, “Armageddon,” and the tracks “Live My Life,” “Drama,” and “Spicy.” This achievement further cements their status as music powerhouses.
“Supernova” also continues to lead on the Circle Chart’s 32nd-week digital and streaming charts, holding the No. 1 position for an astounding 12 weeks in the streaming category, highlighting the enduring popularity and support from music fans.
Aespa is set to continue their momentum with a concert in Jakarta, Indonesia, on August 24th as part of their “2024 Aespa Live Tour – SYNK: PARALLEL LINE,” continuing the excitement of their second world tour.
