‘Metaverse girl group’ AESPA topped the Melon Daily Chart with the new song ‘Savage’. According to SM Entertainment, AESPA’s first mini-album title song ‘Savage’ topped the Melon Daily Chart on the 11th, which is the second record after the previous single ‘Next Level’.
The title song ‘Savage’ is an interesting story of a world view where AESPA and avatar ‘ae’ go to the wilderness (KWANGYA) with the help of their assistant ‘nævis’ and confront ‘Black Mamba’ with lyrics.
As it is a trap genre song centered on drum and bass with a strong attack, the performance is also composed of choreography that shows the more relaxed and stronger AESPA in the fight against ‘Black Mamba’.
