K-pop girl group aespa has released the English version of their hit track “Whiplash” on March 27 at 1 PM KST, according to SM Entertainment. Originally the title track of their October 2023 mini-album, the dance song gained popularity for its intense basslines and house-inspired beats, eventually becoming a million-seller.
aespa will debut the English version performance at the Billboard Women in Music 2025 awards on March 30 (KST), where they are set to receive the prestigious Group of the Year award. The appearance and performance mark another major step in aespa’s growing global influence.
