ATEEZ, a notable K-pop group, has once again marked their presence on the Billboard charts with their latest work. As announced by Billboard on January 3rd, ATEEZ’s second full album ‘THE WORLD EP FIN: WILL’, released on December 1st, has ranked 74th on the ‘Billboard 200’.
The album achieved its personal best by initially dominating the top spot on the ‘Billboard 200’ in its debut week. It continued its chart success, securing the 24th and 52nd positions in the following weeks, and has now maintained its position on this chart for four consecutive weeks.
Following the release of their second full album, ATEEZ achieved the remarkable feat of charting in four different Billboard charts, including ‘Top Current Album Sales’, ‘Top Album Sales’, and ‘World Albums’, securing the first place in all.
Moreover, the album marked significant achievements internationally. It entered the UK’s ‘Official Album Chart’ at the second position and remained in the ‘Top 100’ for two consecutive weeks. In Japan, the album topped the Line Music Real-time Album Chart and ranked third on both the Oricon Weekly Album Chart and Billboard Japan Top Album Sales and Hot Albums Chart.
Adding to their accolades, ‘THE WORLD EP FIN: WILL’ was also recognized as one of the ’25 Best K-Pop Albums of 2023′ by Billboard, ranking fifth. Billboard praised the album for showcasing each member’s individuality through its first-ever inclusion of unit and solo tracks. The title track ‘Crazy Form’ was highlighted for elevating ATEEZ’s fiery energy to a new level.
In the wake of these achievements, ATEEZ has announced their new world tour ‘TOWARDS THE LIGHT: WILL TO POWER’, set to commence with performances in Seoul on January 27th and 28th, 2024.
