K-pop group BABYMONSTER is set to unveil the music video for “CLIK CLAK,” one of the double title tracks from their first full-length album DRIP, on October 30 at 1 PM KST. YG Entertainment announced this pre-release via their official blog, sharing that YG’s head producer Yang Hyun-suk is confident in the high quality of both “CLIK CLAK” and “DRIP.”
In anticipation of their official comeback, BABYMONSTER has been drawing attention with a unique promotional strategy, releasing over one minute of two album tracks each week. This approach has sparked excitement for the album’s musical depth and led to a wave of fan reactions and creative responses.
“CLIK CLAK,” the album’s first track, has already amassed nearly 6 million views, fueled by fans’ curiosity and excitement as the seven-member group showcases powerful rap across all members. Fans eagerly await the full version, anticipating an even stronger response upon release.
BABYMONSTER’s rapid rise has been backed by YG Entertainment’s significant investment in the project. Their debut and first full-length album release have taken place within just one year—a remarkably fast timeline for the industry. Following their domestic promotions, BABYMONSTER is set to embark on a world tour starting next year, which is also projected to be one of the quickest turnarounds from debut to global tour in recent K-pop history.
YG Entertainment shared, “BABYMONSTER has earned a reputation as a reliable and skilled rookie through numerous performances. With fluency in five languages, they’re poised to reach fans around the world. We look forward to meeting our domestic and global fans in person next year.”
BABYMONSTER’s debut album DRIP, featuring nine tracks including the double title tracks “DRIP” and “CLIK CLAK,” will be released on November 1 at 1 PM KST.
