BLACKPINK, 5th anniversary of debut large project notice “4+1 PROJECT”

BLACKPINK is preparing a large-scale project to celebrate the 5th anniversary of their debut in August. At 10 am on the 15th, YG Entertainment first released a poster announcing the start of the Blackpink 5th anniversary project through the official blog. YG said, “We have planned various types of projects to meet the love and expectations of many people.” In particular, their first full-length album ‘THE ALBUM’, released in October of last year, ranked 2nd on the US Billboard 200 and UK Official Charts. It renewed their own top ranking for K-pop girl groups, as well as strengthening their influences on YouTube and Spotify. Blackpink currently has 62.1 million YouTube subscribers, making it the top female artist in the world.
