Blackpink surpassed 2 million pre-orders and TWICE did 1 million

On the 25th, YG Entertainment, the agency of Blackpink, announced that Blackpink’s 2nd full-length album ‘Born Pink’ exceeded 2 million pre-orders, setting the highest record for a female K-pop artist. The pre-released song ‘Pink Venom’, released on the 19th, is already a global hit. 

Girl group TWICE’s 11th mini album ‘Between 1&2’, released on the 26th, surpassed 1 million pre-orders and became a million seller. 

TWICE’s new album also surpassed 1 million pre-orders. On the 25th, JYP Entertainment, the agency of TWICE, announced that TWICE’s 11th mini album ‘Between 1&2’ broke the pre-order amount of 1 million copies, breaking its own record, and surpassing the record of its previous album ‘Formula of Love’ by 300,000 copies. 

TWICE’s album sales are steadily increasing. 

Girl group Ive also released ‘After Like’ on the 22nd and is working to continue the success of ‘Love Dive’.
