21st century pop icon’ BTS and the world’s top band Coldplay will release a collaboration soundtrack for long-awaited fans. On the 13th, Coldplay’s Korean agency, Warner Music Korea, released a cover image of the soundtrack ‘My Universe’, a collaboration between BTS and Coldplay, through its official SNS account.
BTS also directly participated in the work of ‘My Universe’ with Coldplay.
This is the first time that BTS and Coldplay have officially collaborated, and they have been supporting each other and continuing their exchanges.
In February of this year, BTS appeared on MTV and performed the cover of Coldplay’s ‘Fix You’, and the front man Chris Martin shared the stage video on social media and replied, “Beautiful BTS.” Chris Martin expressed his respect for BTS and said, “BTS is giving great joy to many people who are going through the pandemic.”
Coldplay showed extraordinary love for Korea by collaborating with the Korean contemporary dance company Ambiguous Dance Company through ‘Higher Power’ released in May of this year.
