According to the latest chart released by Billboard (as of August 19), Jungkook’s first solo single ‘Seven’, released on the 14th of last month, topped Billboard’s ‘Global 200’ and ‘Global (excluding the US)’.
Jung Kook took first place for four consecutive weeks in the ‘Global 200’ and ‘Global (excluding the US)’, which rank rankings by counting streaming and sales in more than 200 countries/regions around the world. This is the first time that a Korean solo artist has maintained the top spot on these charts for four consecutive weeks.
Meanwhile, ‘Seven’ entered the Billboard ‘Hot 100’ at No. 1. Last week, it ranked 30th on the ‘Hot 100’, proving Jungkook’s global reputation.
