BTS took first place with an overwhelming difference in boy group brand reputation. The Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute analyzed 59,599,283 boy group brand big data measured from May 12 to June 12, 2021, through consumer behavior analysis, the participation index, media index, communication index, and community index for boy group brands. Compared with 51,242,292 brand big data in May, it increased by 16.31%. Brand monitor analysis of 100 brand reputation editors was also included. The BTS (RM, Suga, Jin, J-Hope, Jimin, V, Jungkook) brands, which ranked first, had a participation index of 2,373,800, a media index of 4,31,894, a communication index of 4,373,108, a community index of 4,128,917, and a brand reputation index of 1518.
The 2nd place EXO (Suho, Chanyeol, Kai, D.O., Baekhyun, Sehun, Xiumin, Chen, Ray) brands became the participation index 266,200, the media index 956,177, the communication index 1,979,413, and the community index 2,062,530. The brand reputation index was analyzed as 5,264,321.
3rd place NCT (Taeil, Johnny, Taeyong, Yuta, Doyoung, Ten, Jaehyun, Winwin, Mark, Renjun, Jeno, Haechan, Jaemin, Chenle, Jisung, Lucas, Jungwoo, Kuhn) brand participation index 231,352, media index 1,196,741, communication index, 220,8502, and community index, 1,470,067.
