BTS sweeps the top 3 spots on Oricon weekly streaming in Japan

 

According to the latest chart released by Oricon on the 21st (July 26th / counting period July 12-18), ‘Permission to Dance’ released by BTS on the 9th had a weekly playback count of 21.43 million and ranked 1st on ‘Weekly Streaming’. Following the digital single ‘Dynamite’ released in August of last year, the original Japanese song ‘Film out’ released in April, and ‘Butter’, BTS reached the top of the ‘Weekly Streaming Ranking’ for the fourth time. As a result, ‘Dynamite’ was ranked 3rd in the ‘Weekly Streaming Ranking’, up 3 steps from the previous week with 7,145,285 weekly playbacks, and BTS swept the 1st to 3rd places of the ‘Weekly Streaming Ranking’. In addition, ‘Permission to Dance’ ranked second in the history of the Oricon streaming rankings in weekly play count. Meanwhile, BTS topped the US Billboard’s latest chart (as of July 24) on the ‘Hot 100’ with ‘Permission to Dance’.
