BTS’s “Permission to Dance” music video has surpassed 200 million views. 

The number of YouTube views of BTS’s new song “Permission to Dance,” which was released worldwide on the 9th, exceeded 200 million around 1:19 a.m. on the 26th. The music video recorded 72.3 million views in just 24 hours, and surpassed 2.3 million simultaneous users at the time of its release, achieving its fourth YouTube Premier Music Video record following “Butter”, “Dynamite” and “Life Goes On”. 

BTS was appointed as a “special presidential envoy for future generations and cultures” on the 21st. BTS, the first Korean pop artist to be appointed as a presidential envoy, will attend major international conferences in September, including the U.N. General Assembly, to convey a message of comfort and hope.
