Eric Nam and Park Joon-hyung speak on Asian racial discrimination

Stars who suffered racial discrimination directly, such as singer Eric Nam and Joon-hyung Park, started to raise voice to the recent increase in racial discrimination in the United States.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Eric Nam confessed that he felt shock, sadness, frustration, and anger from the incident.
“We have been excluded, detained, slandered, defaced, fetishized and killed. To be clear, we have been asking for your help more than ever in the past year.”
Joon-hyung Park shared a photo of his past strolling in New York Square on SNS. He said, “The days when I went safely and comfortably among many people without any worries. It’s really sad that some terrible things are happening to innocent people.”
In the U.S., Korean-American actor Daniel Dae Kim appeared on CNN news and confessed that his younger sister was also a victim of racial crime in 2015. He said, “For Asian Americans, the moment is now.”
