Girl group ILLIT is set to unveil a remixed version of their popular track “Cherish (My Love)” on October 28 at 6 PM KST, bringing a new vibe to the title song from their second mini-album, I’LL LIKE YOU. According to their agency, Belief Lab, the remix album will feature seven tracks, including three unique remix styles that highlight different musical elements of the original song.
The remix lineup includes the “Deep Dive” remix, blending country and hip-hop to enhance the emotional depth of the song, the “Moonlight” remix with house influences capturing the magic of a night full of possibilities, and the jazzy, Jersey club-inspired “Fever” remix. Additionally, fans can enjoy sped-up and slowed + reverb versions, as well as an instrumental track, offering a diverse listening experience.
“Cherish (My Love)” is a dance-pop track that captures the excitement of a crush, focusing on the singer’s emotions as she wonders about her feelings rather than the reciprocation. With its catchy hook, memorable beat, and the members’ fresh vocals, the song has captivated fans globally.
Following their mini-album release on October 21, ILLIT has been actively promoting through music shows, radio programs, and YouTube content. Their album I’LL LIKE YOU surpassed the debut album SUPER REAL ME, recording an impressive first-week sales figure of 382,621 copies.
