ILLIT Secures Three Nominations at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards

Rising K-pop sensation ILLIT has been nominated for three categories at the 2025 iHeartRadio Music Awards, showcasing their growing global impact.

On January 22 (local time), the iHeartRadio Music Awards announced its list of nominees, with ILLIT securing spots in the categories of “K-pop Song of the Year,” “Best New Artist (K-pop),” and “Favorite K-pop Dance Challenge.”

The iHeartRadio Music Awards, organized annually by the U.S.-based online radio network iHeartRadio since 2014, recognizes the most-played artists and songs across its radio stations and app. This year’s ceremony is set to take place on March 17 in Los Angeles, California.

ILLIT’s track “Magnetic,” the title song of their debut mini-album “SUPER REAL ME” released in March 2024, earned a nomination for “K-pop Song of the Year.” Among the category’s strong contenders, “Magnetic” is notably the only song from a rookie group.

This marks ILLIT’s latest achievement in a string of international accolades, following their nominations at the MTV EMA (Europe Music Awards) and 2024 Billboard Music Awards (BBMAs).

Domestically, ILLIT’s remarkable debut year also earned them prestigious wins at major music award shows, including the 2024 MAMA Awards, MMA2024, the 39th Golden Disc Awards, and the 66th Japan Record Awards, where they claimed a total of four rookie awards.

ILLIT continues to captivate fans worldwide with their powerful performances, undeniable charm, and record-breaking achievements, solidifying their status as one of the most promising new acts in K-pop.
