On the 2nd, HYBE (Chairman Bang Si-hyuk) announced that Ithaca Holdings, an American general media company, has joined for innovation in the global music industry.
The acquisition targets include the Scooter Braun Project (SB Project) led by Ithaca Holdings founder Scooter Brown and the Big Machine Label Group (CEO Scott Borchetta,).
Scooter Brown joins HYBE’s board of directors, and Scott Borchetta remains CEO of the Big Machine label group.
HYBE and Ithaca Holdings have partnered with BTS, Tomorrow by Together, Seventeen, NU’EST, GFRIEND, Zico, ENHYPEN, Justin Bieber, Ariana Grande, and J Balvin, Demi Lovato, Thomas Rhett, Florida Georgia Line, and Lady A.
