JYP Entertainment will sign a strategic partnership with Tencent Music Entertainment (TME) in China.
According to industries on the 25th, JYP Entertainment will supply music sources of JYP artists for TME’s music platform QQ Music, Kogou Music, Kuwo Music, and social entertainment platform “Wishing.” Furthermore, the company plans to maximize synergy between the two companies by introducing various music entertainment services such as joint marketing, promotions, and live events.
TME is an online music entertainment platform under the Internet company Tencent and operates platforms such as online music, online karaoke, and music-oriented live streaming. TME said, “We expect this collaboration to be an opportunity to upgrade the venue for K-pop cultural exchanges by utilizing the value of JYP artists.”
