Global girl group KATSEYE, formed under HYBE and Geffen Records, is gaining momentum for a potential entry into the Billboard Hot 100. According to the latest Billboard chart released on September 17 (local time), the group’s double title track “Touch” from their debut EP SIS (Soft Is Strong) ranked 22nd on the ‘Bubbling Under Hot 100,’ a chart for songs that narrowly miss the main Hot 100 list.
“Touch” has also performed well globally, entering the ‘Global 200’ chart at 159th and climbing 15 places to 144th on the ‘Global Excl. US’ chart. Additionally, SIS (Soft Is Strong) secured 20th on the ‘Top Current Album Sales’ chart and 22nd on the ‘Top Album Sales’ chart, while KATSEYE ranked 93rd on the ‘Artist 100’ chart.
On Spotify, KATSEYE’s success continues to rise. “Touch” ranked 130th on the ‘Weekly Top Songs Global’ chart and moved up 25 places in just one week. It also maintained its position on the ‘Spotify Daily Viral Songs Global’ chart for 36 consecutive days, ranking 30th on September 16. After completing their promotion tour in Korea, KATSEYE will visit the Philippines and Japan.
