MONSTA X, ‘Beast Idol → Summer King’ transformation… A summer collaboration that exploded properly

 

Recently, MONSTA X’s Shownu, Hyungwon, and I.M participated in the ‘2021 Pepsi Taste of Korea Campaign’ and met fans around the world by participating in the song ‘Summer Taste’ as part of the project. ‘Summer Taste’ is a song that combines an exciting synth sound with a popping FX effect, and features a cool melody that allows you to enjoy summer to the fullest. 
In addition to ‘Summer Taste’, which is blowing away the sweltering heat of midsummer, Monsta X is continuously collaborating with world-class beverage brand Pepsi. Hyungwon, who broke the project’s first start with ‘COOL LOVE’ in 2019, showed off his attractive vocals through a collaboration, and was filmed at all overseas locations, and ‘FOR THE LOVE OF’, where MONSTA X’s unique pleasant atmosphere stood out.  ‘For the Love of It’ music video also left a reversal impression on domestic and foreign fans. In particular, ‘FOR THE LOVE OF IT’ is a song that reinterpreted Pepsi’s new global campaign signature song with Monsta X’s unique tone and was a surprise gift to fans during the world tour. 
Monsta X, which is showing global activities in the world as a background, plans to actively meet fans through self-produced content ‘Mon Channel’ in the future.
