MONSTA X’s ‘One Day’ enters US Billboard chart

 

According to the latest chart released by US Billboard on the 12th (local time) (October 16), Monsta X’s single ‘One Day’ entered the ‘POP AIRPLAY’ chart at #38.

The ‘Pop Airplay’ chart is counted according to the number of times it is broadcast on about 160 major radio stations in the US every week, and it targets the top 40 songs in the pop genre. 

In particular, Hugh McIntyre, a columnist in charge of HOLLYWOOD & ENTERTAINMENT in Forbes, focused on Monsta X in his article titled “Monsta X Is Back With Yet Another Pop Radio Hit In America” regarding Monsta X’s entry into the ‘Pop Airplay’ chart. 

‘One Day’ is the 3rd song that Monsta X ranked on the ‘Pop Airplay’ chart after ‘Who Do U Love?’ and ‘You Can’t Hold My Heart’. 

As such, Monsta X  not only entered the ‘Pop Airplay’ chart, they appeared on ‘KTLA Morning News’, US music program ‘MTV Fresh Out Live’, US FOX5 channel talk show ‘Good Day New York’, etc., despite difficult overseas activities, they are continuing their unique global steps, revealing the potential of a K-pop powerhouse.
