NewJeans has added another track to their list of songs with over 100 million streams on Spotify.
As of August 26, according to the world’s largest music streaming platform, Spotify, NewJeans’ double single “How Sweet” and its title track of the same name have accumulated a total of 100.046 million streams. With this, “How Sweet” becomes the group’s 13th track to surpass 100 million streams.
“How Sweet” is a vibrant hip-hop track based on Miami Bass, showcasing NewJeans’ signature cool and hip vibe. Upon its release, the song, along with the B-side track “Bubble Gum,” quickly climbed to the top ranks of major domestic music charts such as Melon, Genie, and Bugs, achieving widespread popularity. Even three months after its release, the song remains firmly positioned on the charts, continuing to receive immense love.
NewJeans is scheduled to perform at the 2024 The Fact Music Awards (TMA) on September 8 at Kyocera Dome Osaka in Japan.
