Twice appeared on the ‘Kelly Clarkson Show’ in the U.S.

 

Group TWICE first appeared on the famous American TV program “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” attracting global fans. TWICE captivated worldwide viewers with a performance of “CRY FOR ME” on NBC’s “The Kelly Clarkson Show,” which aired at 2 p.m. on the 27th (US Western Time). 

The Kelly Clarkson Show is a popular talk show hosted by Kelly Clarkson, a world-renowned singer-songwriter and actor, featuring a number of famous foreign artists, including Nick Jonas, Dua Lipa and John Legend. In the broadcast on the day, Kelly Clarkson highlighted the group’s move, saying, “TWICE has been a consecutive hit since its debut in 2015, and people around the world are enthusiastic about their choreography.” TWICE solidified its status as a representative girl group of K-pop by showing off its attractive beauty and perfect dance lines through its performance of “CRY FOR ME.” Forbes also drew attention to “CRY FOR ME” by saying, “It is a song that is harmonized with world-renowned writers such as legendary producer Park Jin-young and famous rock band One Public member Ryan Tether, and TWICE, which has won first place, is expanding its musical spectrum and growing solid global influence.” TWICE is receiving high attention in South Korean and abroad, including appearances on overseas TV shows. 

On May 12, they will release their new Japanese single “Kura Kura” and in June, they will release a new album in Korea, drawing attention to K-pop Queen’s comeback.
