TWICE’s Nayeon has unveiled the teaser for her music video ‘ABCD,’ captivating fans with visuals reminiscent of classic cinema. Nayeon’s second mini-album ‘NA’ is set to release on June 14, and the teaser was shared on her official SNS channels at midnight on June 10.
In the teaser, Nayeon enjoys the night in a cityscape that evokes old classic films. She dons an elegant evening dress and opera gloves, posing and dancing under streetlights as if she’s in the 1950s. The teaser also shows her sitting in a sophisticated jazz bar, making eye contact with the camera, further enchanting viewers.
The title track ‘ABCD’ highlights Nayeon’s bold and innovative approach as the ‘K-pop solo queen.’ The pop dance song carries a message of confidently teaching and seducing a person who is her type from A to Z. The track features powerful rhythms and dynamic arrangements, written by Rick Bridges and JYP Entertainment’s chief producer Park Jin-young, with composition and arrangement contributions from Pdogg, a producer from Big Hit Music.
Nayeon’s new album includes seven tracks: ‘ABCD,’ ‘Butterflies,’ ‘Heaven (Feat. Sam Kim),’ ‘Magic (Feat. Julie of KISS OF LIFE),’ ‘HalliGalli (Prod. by Lee Chan-hyuk of AKMU),’ ‘Something,’ and ‘Count It.’
Nayeon’s second mini-album ‘NA’ and its title track ‘ABCD’ will be officially released on June 14 at 1 PM KST (midnight EST).
