Global fan community platform Weverse announced on the 29th that it will open the community of a large rookie group TREASURE under YG Entertainment.
TREASURE, which has been attracting attention as a large group targeting the global market from the beginning, has been energetic by releasing four albums in the ‘THE FIRST STEP’ series for about five months in succession in accordance with YG’s ultra-high-speed and intensive strategy.
Treasure has recorded a cumulative sales of over 1 million copies as a series album of ‘THE FIRST STEP’, and the title songs of each album from ‘BOY’ to ‘I LOVE YOU’, ‘MMM’, and ‘MY TREASURE’ ranked top on the major music charts and quickly emerged as the next-generation global super rookie.
In commemoration of Treasure’s opening of the community, Weverse will hold a relay hashtag event twice until the 10th of next month.
For the first event that runs until the 2nd of next month, applicants who wish to participate in the event will complete the application by leaving a greeting message saying hello to Treasures and Treasure Makers along with two hashtags ‘HI_TREASUREMAKER’ and ‘HI_TREASURE’.
In the second event held on April 6-10, the application is completed by capturing a scene that you recommend from the episode of TREASURE MAP, Treasure’s own reality program, and writing a post with the hashtag ‘MY_TREASUREMAP’.
