2021 Grammy Awards, nominated BTS, postponed to March due to the COVID19

2021 Grammy Awards will be postponed due to the COVID19 concerns. Initially, the Grammy Awards planned an outdoor awards ceremony involving a small audience, but it announced that they decided to postpone the event due to a surge in COVID 19 cases in Los Angeles, where the awards were scheduled.
In this awards ceremony, K-pop was nominated for the first time in pop music history and it draws attention and expectations from around the world on whether or not to receive the award.
Unlike American Awards reflecting the results of fan voting or the Billboard Music Awards based on the performance of the Billboard charts, the Grammy Awards are selected first by members of the recording academy made up of music industry experts such as world-renowned artists, lyrics, producers and engineers.
BTS has been on the stages as a winner at the ‘Billboard Music Awards’, which is one of the top three popular music awards in the United States, for four consecutive years and at the’ American Music Awards’ for three consecutive years.
