K-pop stars such as BTS, TWICE and MONSTA X, overseas activities again… Resuming live concert 2021

K-pop stars, who have temporarily suspended all overseas activities due to the global pandemic of the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19) since last year, are recently seeking face-to-face performances centered on the United States.

As some countries with high vaccination rates, such as the United States, are implementing policies to switch the quarantine system for a ‘step-by-step recovery of daily life (with Corona)’, global groups with strong overseas fandoms such as BTS, MONSTA X, and TWICE are holding activities such as overseas tours.  It is expected that the K-pop performance industry, which has been somewhat contracted in the meantime, will be revived.

For the first time since the global pandemic of COVID-19, Monsta X will appear in a concert in the United States and conduct a world tour. According to their agency Starship Entertainment on the 6th, they will participate in the year-end concert ‘2021 Jingle Ball’ tour of iHeart Radio, a famous American radio station, in December. The group, who recently released their English single ‘One Day’, will hold a Canadian tour until the end of February following New York, USA on January 20 next year.

BTS will also hold live concert ‘BTS PERMISSION TO DANCE ON STAGE-LA’ at Sophie Stadium in Los Angeles, USA on November 27th and 28th and December 1st and 2nd.

TWICE recently announced the tour schedule through a schedule poster that appeared at the end of the music video for their first English single ‘The Feels’. To celebrate the 6th anniversary of their debut this year, they will release their 4th full-length album next month and conduct their 4th world tour.
