Singer IU donated 200 million won to help neighbors in need at the end of the year. EDAM Entertainment, her agency, announced on the 24th that IU had donated 100 million won each to cancer patients and children and adolescents from low-income families.
Through her agency, IU said, “It’s a difficult and exhausting time for everyone, but in order to convey a little bit of warmth, we are sending our hearts to those in need. I hope that everyone can spend a warm winter without a single neighbor being alienated.”
Meanwhile, IU will release a new song ‘Sculpture Collection’ on the 29th.
