Ailee appeared in the documentary ‘Silent Night-A Song for the World’, which aired through The CW channel in the US on the 11th (Korean time).
On that day’s broadcast, Ailee sang ‘Slient Night’ and ‘Sweater’, the carol of the year selected from the documentary, and conveyed the spirit of Christmas.
‘Silent Night’, sung by Ailee, was a song sung by both camps when German, British, and French troops declared a Christmas ceasefire during World War I, and was designated as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2011.
In addition, Ailee released the single ‘Sweater’ orchestra version released in December last year.
