As the group BTS held an offline concert in Los Angeles(LA), USA for the first time in two years, tickets sold out quickly and the resale ticket price soared to $15,000.
BTS’s ‘Permission To Dance On Stage’, which will be held at Sofi Stadium in Los Angeles in November and December, was sold out on the 10th.
For this performance, BTS’ North American tour VIP ticket holders, who had been canceled earlier, were given the right to make a reservation first, followed by advance reservations by BTS official fan club members and Ticketmaster fans, the official reservation site, for three days.
Sofi Stadium, where BTS will perform, is one of the largest music venues in Southern California and can accommodate up to 100,000 people.
As BTS planned a total of 4 performances, 400,000 fans could gather based on the maximum capacity, but it was not enough to keep up with the demand of ARMYs around the world. This is because it is the first offline concert held by BTS since the outbreak of COVID-19.
BTS’ management company said through the fan community Weverse, “As this is a precious event prepared in difficult circumstances, we will do our best to provide high-quality performances with the health and safety of artists and fans as our top priority.”
BTS’ ‘Permission to Dance on Stage’ LA concert will be held 4 times on November 27-28 and December 1-2.
