The group BTOB shared their honest thoughts as they debuted 10 years ago. In the interview that followed, they talked about the recently appeared Mnet music contest program ‘Kingdom: Legendary War’. BTOB said that as it was their 10th year of debut, ‘Kingdom’, competing with juniors, would have been burdensome, but what they all gained through ‘Kingdom’ was a more valuable experience. Member Minhyuk said, “I persuaded the company and the members to appear in ‘Kingdom’ directly with the thought that it would be an opportunity to show a new side of BTOB and the confidence of the members. Changsub said, “At first, I thought negatively about participating because I thought there was nothing to gain and only something to lose. There was no pressure to do well, so I wasn’t nervous at first, but I became nervous on the final stage.” Seo Eunkwang also said, “About 10 years ago, I was able to separate the inside and outside of the camera. The appearance on camera may be what the public wants, or it may be what the filming team wants, but there are times when you don’t want to do it. I imagine becoming the best like BTS, and I always do my best.”
