BTS holds the 16th 300 million-view MV with ‘Butter’… Continuing record streak

The number of YouTube views of BTS’ ‘Butter’ music video exceeded 300 million around 11:41 pm on the 4th (local time in Korea). As a result, BTS has 16 music videos with more than 300 million views including ‘DNA’, ‘Boy With Luv (feat Halsey)’, ‘Dynamite’, ‘FAKE LOVE’, ‘MIC Drop’, ‘IDOL’, ‘Blood Sweat and Tears’, ‘ ‘FIRE’, ‘Dope’, ‘Save ME’, ‘Not Today’, ‘Spring Day’, ‘Boy In Luv’, ‘ON’ and ‘Life Goes On’, which is the largest record among Korean singers.  
BTS recorded a total of 20.9 million global streams on the first day of release on May 21 by Spotify with ‘Butter’, setting a new record for ‘the highest number of global streams per day in Spotify history’. In addition, the Guinness World Records in the UK recorded the ‘Butter’ music video as ‘YouTube Video Premier Most Viewed’, ‘YouTube Music Video Premier Most Viewed’, ‘Most Viewed YouTube Music Video in 24 Hours’, ‘K-pop Group within 24 Hours’ The most watched YouTube music video’, registered as new records in four categories.  
On the other hand, BTS entered the ‘Hot 100’ chart on the US Billboard’s latest chart (as of June 5) with ‘Butter’ and ranked first on the ‘Hot 100’ chart, putting 4 songs on the top of the ‘Hot 100’ in just 9 months.
