BTS Jimin’s self-composed song ‘Friends’ was selected as the O.S.T for the Hollywood movie ‘Eternals’ and drew attention, but the agency did not promote it properly, so fans urged their entry.
‘The Direct’, a Hollywood media outlet, released 15 original soundtracks and lists for ‘Eternals’ and reported that Jimin’s song ‘Friends’ was inserted into the original track along with the music of world-famous pop stars such as Pink Floyd and Lizzo.
The Walt Disney Company Korea, the domestic distributor of ‘Eternals’, officially acknowledged the fact. This news was introduced as a box office case of K-pop, with major entertainment media all over the world at once.
In the case of being selected for the first Marvel O.S.T for a Korean song, Jimin recorded the title of ‘first in Korea’ again.
