‘Seoul Music Awards’ NCT 127, the first grand prize since their debut

At the 31st Seoul Music Awards, group NCT 127 won the first grand prize after their debut, and Lim Young-woong swept the 4 crowns.

The ’31st High1 Seoul Music Awards’ awards ceremony was held at Gocheok Sky Dome in Guro-gu, Seoul on the afternoon of the 23rd. NCT 127 won both the main prize and the grand prize at the same time, and the members said, “It was really unexpected. In our opinion, 2021 was a year that could shine thanks to all the members of NCT, 127, Dream, and WayV. I hope that all members are proud and that they will continue to be happy.”

BTS won three awards, including the main award and the U+Idol Live Best Artist Award, but it was unfortunate that we could not confirm their feelings even through the video.

In addition, BTS, NCT 127, Seventeen, Aespa, IU, Lim Young-woong, Heize, Kang Daniel, Enhypen, Brave Girls, Oh My Girl, ATEEZ, and The Boyz received trophies.

Lee Moo-jin, Aepex, and Omega X received the Rookie of the Year award only once in their lifetime.

Girl group Red Velvet Wendy won the Ballad Award for her first solo album ‘Like Water’, and HyunA won the R&B Hip-Hop Award for ‘I’m Not Cool’.
