Seventeen, Japan’s Oricon Weekly Album No.1

Seventeen did not miss the first place in the Japanese Oricon daily album ranking with the ninth mini-album ‘Attacca’ after its release, and recorded the 5th overall No. 1 in the Japanese Oricon weekly album ranking, reaffirming the potential of a ‘global K-pop powerhouse’ once again.

Seventeen achieved the first place in the weekly album chart by surpassing 550,000 copies in album sales in just three days after its release on Hanteo Chart, the largest album sales site in Korea, and ranked first in the overseas iTunes album chart in 16 regions including Cambodia and Indonesia, and recorded the TOP 10 in 31 regions and swept the top spot on major domestic and foreign album charts.

At the same time as the comeback, the title song ‘Rock with you’ landed first and top spots on major domestic music sites, including Bugs, Melon, and Genie, as well as major Japanese music sites.

It ranked first in the region and ranked in the TOP 10 in a total of 36 regions, receiving explosive responses from all over the world.

The 9th mini album ‘Attacca’ is the term ‘continue to play without interruption’ when one movement continues to the next, metaphorically expressing uncontrollable feelings of love and unstoppable passion for the other.
