Tomorrow X Together (TXT) hints at their trademark narrative of salvation with the unveiling of their concept teaser. At midnight on the 14th, TXT (Soobin, Yeonjun, Beomgyu, Taehyun, Huening Kai) posted a concept teaser for their 6th mini album ‘minisode 3: TOMORROW’ on the HYBE Labels YouTube channel and Big Hit Music’s official SNS.
Styled like a scene from a 2D animation, the video captures light seeping through a forest of buildings, glowing red, with the camera slowly zooming in as if approaching the light. The phrase embedded in the video, “The moment light gets in the little cracks, we will be able to meet again,” piques curiosity.
‘minisode 3: TOMORROW’ is an album that tells the story of remembering a promise made in the past and going to find ‘you’ with whom the promise was made. TXT plans to convey their unique narrative that ‘the tomorrow we share with you is our hope and salvation.’
Over time, TXT has depicted the growth of boys pursuing one dream, facing conflicts and overcoming them. ‘minisode 3: TOMORROW’ carries a story of those who, after experiencing the cracks in friendship (‘The Chapter of Dreams’), failures in love (‘The Chapter of Chaos’), and temptations (‘The Chapter of Names’), and even forgetting their own identities or ‘names’, remember their pure desires and decide to meet you and move towards tomorrow. There’s growing curiosity about how the narrative that has continued from past albums will be expressed in this new release.
‘minisode 3: TOMORROW’ will be released on the 1st of next month at 6 PM, and TXT will hold a comeback showcase with fans at the Hwajeong Gymnasium in Korea University, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, at 8 PM on the same day. Leading up to this, from the 18th to the 24th, they will unveil a total of four versions of concept photos and videos – ‘Light’, ‘Ethereal’, ‘Romantic’, ‘Promise’ – to build up the comeback atmosphere.
