This achievement was announced by their agency, YG Entertainment, highlighting the group’s success since their debut in 2020. TREASURE’s consistent performance on Spotify marks a notable achievement in the global music industry.
The group’s recent album releases have been a major factor in their rapid rise in streams and followers on Spotify. This surge in popularity began with the release of ‘Move’ by TREASURE unit T5 in June, followed by their second full album ‘Reboot’ in July, and the track ‘B.O.M.B (kaboom ver.)’. These releases have not only increased their current streaming numbers but also revived interest in their earlier works. For instance, ‘DARARI’ from their first mini-album, despite being released two years ago, has continued to garner significant streams, crossing the 200 million mark.
Apart from their digital success, TREASURE has also made remarkable strides in live performances. They recently completed a major fan meeting tour in Japan, selling out all shows across five cities and concluding with a finale at the Tokyo Dome.
