The group Blackpink continues to perform well.
Blackpink’s “Shut Down” was counted as being streamed 6,269,733 times in the previous day on the Spotify Daily Top Songs chart released on the 18th.
The only K-pop song that topped the Spotify Top Song Global chart in a row was Blackpink’s pre-released song ‘Pink Venom’, which was released in August.
This “Shutdown” also took the top spot on the chart for two days in a row, proving Blackpink’s strong global presence.
As it is reflected in the US Billboard’s main chart, expectations are high for the new K-pop record that Blackpink will write in the future.
