Singer Crush has released a teaser for the music video of his song “미워 (Ego),” one of the quadruple title tracks from his 3rd full-length album, ‘wonderego.’ The teaser starts with Crush appearing troubled in a room by himself, then transitions to him enjoying a happy moment with his loved one in a pink-hued atmosphere. However, towards the end of the teaser, Crush’s expression turns melancholic, leaving viewers curious about the storyline of the full music video.
“미워 (Ego)” explores the boundaries between love and annoyance that can arise from loving someone too much. The song’s lyrics cleverly express the growing love through the repetition of the word “미워,” which means “hate” in Korean. The song features an upbeat rhythm and Crush’s acapella vocals, contributing to its unique mood.
Shortly after its release, Crush’s new album achieved impressive chart success, with all 19 tracks entering the Melon HOT100 chart. “흠칫 (Hmm-cheat)” and “미워 (Ego)” are particularly performing well on the charts, continuing to gain popularity. The full music video for “미워 (Ego)” is set to be released on the 20th of this month at 6 PM KST.
