The released video starts with Yuqi reminiscing about the past while playing the guitar. Suddenly, the atmosphere shifts to a more ominous tone as an indiscernible figure passes by, and whispers around Yuqi escalate into a scream.
Seeking the source of the sound, Yuqi approaches a wall and tears off the wallpaper, revealing eyes within the wall that meet her gaze, turning red. With a chilling smile and a dramatic change in expression, Yuqi heightens anticipation for the upcoming promotions.
Known for her conceptual prowess, Yuqi promises a compelling story through this trailer. With her debut solo album, she aims to showcase an enhanced musical talent and a broad conceptual spectrum, marking the beginning of a new chapter.
Yuqi’s first solo mini-album ‘YUQ1’ will be available online on April 23 at 6 PM and in physical format starting April 24.
